Paul is a city in Minidoka County, Idaho, United States. The population was 998 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Burley, Idaho Micropolitan Statistical Area. The first settlers in the area came because of the construction of the Minidoka Dam. Early setters wanted to get ahead of the rush for the coming homesteading.
