Ratcliff est une communauté non constituée en société à Houston County dans l'est du Texas, États-Unis. Fondée au début des années 1900, Ratliff avait une population de plus de cinq mille, avec la plupart travaillant dans une scierie exploitée par la Louisiane et le Texas Lumber Company. Ce laminoir à quatre C utilisé le lac 45 acres qui est le coeur de la zone de loisirs du Lac Ratcliff comme son étang. La zone de loisirs est situé dans la Forêt nationale de Davy Crockett. Ratcliff est nommé pour un des premiers colons, JH Ratcliff, qui a exploité une petite scierie, qui coupent le bois pour les grands des Quatre C Mill.
