Logan is a city in Phillips County, Kansas, United States. The population was 603 at the 2000 census. Logan is located at (39.662269, -99.571160). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.5 square miles (3.9 km²), all of it land. As of the census of 2000, there were 603 people, 249 households, and 167 families residing in the city.
