Gadsden est une ville et le siège du comté de Etowah County, dans le nord Alabama, États-Unis, environ 60 miles au nord de Birmingham. Il est la principale ville de et est inclus dans la zone de Gadsden Metropolitan Statistical, qui a une population de 103.459.
