Perú es una ciudad en el Condado de Bennington, Vermont, Estados Unidos. La población era 416 en el censo de 2000. Originalmente conocido como Bromley, el nombre de la ciudad fue cambiado a Perú''''por los concesionarios de tierras como una forma de atraer a los compradores de tierras a un área que había sido descrito como "36 kilómetros cuadrados de árboles y los osos." Según el United States Census Bureau, la ciudad tiene un área total de 37.4 millas cuadradas (96,8 km), de los cuales, 37.3 millas cuadradas (96,7 km) de él son tierra y 0.1 millas cuadradas (0.2 km) de él (0.19% ) es el agua. Según el censo de 2000, había 416 personas, 157 hogares y 118 familias que residían en la ciudad. La densidad de población fue de 11,1 personas por milla cuadrada (4.3/km).
